It's Called TACT, Sir

When a lady tells you that she doesn't want to answer your question, do the gentlemanly thing and don't press her. ESPECIALLY if she has JUST met you and turned down your request politely. And, please, Sir if you think the rules don't apply to you, they really really do. Do not say in a condescending tone, "Are you serious? You can tell me." That does not win my favor. No, quite the contrary.
